Kelly stepped in while Donna was on vacation and worked her butt off for us, even into the early morning hours, to keep everything moving forward. Once Donna returned, she took over seamlessly and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Donna was wonderful, both in her actions to make the sale and her understanding of the emotional impact of selling a childhood home. The house drew offers immediately, above the asking price, so a scheduled open house wasn't necessary and was canceled. Donna helped with making the house ready, which was especially great since we were not local. The whole experience was warm, friendly, and productive.
